luv'd it

Amazing job on this one! I don't usually watch these slow flashes all the way through, but it was provacative enough to keep my attention. My only real complaint is that I feel that the main character may have been a bit...plain...but I digress. I also loved the waterfall scene, and the way and animated the elevator door coming out of the ground. And the shadow falling down on the mountians! daaah! Epic!

Seriously underrated

Really amazed by this...the begining started off sketchy, but it evened itself out...really love some of the screenplay and humor in there...you could have almost definetely gotten a 4 if you worked on touching up the beginning, and drew things a little better...

Damn near perfect

A perfect mix of story and action, not to meantion some really brilliant screenplay. My only complaint (and I really do mean ONLY) was the Tom's dream scene. It broke up the momentum you had going, and the animation was strangely laking in that part. Also, not quite sure why you decided to go with default text. But yeah. I kind of feel bad for not watching this earlier! Keep up the good work!

This would be a 10 if not for being so short. I even looked at your blog, and I actually learned a lot from it...if that wasn't rotoscoped, that's incredible.

Also, how much would you say a good scanner would cost nowadays? My dad's got one, but it's kinda crummy...thanks!

You're on your way...

From the lengthy description that you've posted, it is obvious that you are really trying. I understand you are proud of it, and everything, but there's still so much that needs to be improved.
1. Better drawings, or different drawing style
Look, I'm sorry, but the drawings come off as being really sloppy. At least get it to the point where somebody can look at a character, and actually SEE a character, not just a doodle.
2. Better pacing
You've got some seriously long pauses in here. Pacing is extremely important, so you're going to want to work on that.
3. Better voice-overs
They sounded kinda half-assed, to be honest. Just practice more on it.
